The Thin Place in a postmodern world :

The thin place is a concept that comes to us from the celtic Christian tradition of Ireland. It speaks of those particularly blessed moments where the veil between us and God is at its thinnest - you can almost see through it.
The thin place is an introduction to silent prayer as a means of communion with God in the midst of a busy and sometimes stressful city life. Jeff Pratt, our speaker, is the leader of Axiom.

the dates :

Friday evening November 20. Registration begins at 7 pm and we’ll start at 7:30.
Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.
 

the cost :

$25. For Saturday lunch, it’s preferable that you bring your own lunch.
